RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We want you to love your Kissie Cosmetics products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Final Sale Items - No Returns on Opened Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lip products (lipsticks, lip glosses, lip liners)
  • Skincare products (creams, serums, lotions, cleansers)
  • Any cosmetic item with a broken safety seal
  • Any product showing signs of use

Once a cosmetic product has been opened, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return Address

Please send returns to the address provided in your return authorization email. Do not send returns without contacting us first at support@kissiecosmetics.com. 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and sanitization inspections. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@kissiecosmetics.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
